Terms and Conditions:

This tour is WEATHER DEPENDENT—if the weather is not suitable for the activity to go ahead, your tour will be rescheduled to a new date at no additional cost, within 12 months, or a credit note/refund can be offered.

If you need to cancel your tour with more than 24 hours notice, we can reschedule your booking or provide a credit note at no additional cost. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, a fee to cover your catering must also be paid ($15 per head).

Any activities undertaken whilst on or near waterways and the ocean have connected with them a set of foreseeable and unforeseeable risks that are natural consequences of the inclusion of water. These risks include risks to personal property and risks to the health of participants of the services offered by Canoe the Coorong. Therefore, it is understood that I am participating in this tour at my own risk and do not hold Canoe the Coorong liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any activities.

I also understand that any photos taken on the tour are property of Canoe the Coorong and can be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

I also understand that Canoe the Coorong reserves the right to cancel the tour up to the point of departure.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the activity (kayaking), the safety of our guests is paramount.
The most important criteria is the weather.

• If the weather forecast indicates that the wind speed will increase to fifteen knots or above, the Canoe the Coorong trip will be run either on a more suitable route or in a more sheltered location.

• If it is the case that lightning may occur, then the Canoe the Coorong trip will be cancelled.

• The tours will be cancelled on all extreme or catastrophic fire risk days.

In the case of a cancellation, guests will be informed prior to departure, and a new tour date will be negotiated, a credit note offered, or a refund given if no other option is suitable.

With the exception of the above, Canoe the Coorong does not have a hot weather policy, owing to the water-based nature of the activities.
